Day lilies are one of summer's most enchanting flowers. With their vibrant petals unfurling in warm yellows, soft pinks, and rich oranges, they capture the essence of long, sun-filled days and lazy afternoons in the garden. There's something magical about how these blooms seem to glow in the afternoon light, bringing joy and color to any landscape. Now you can bring that same warmth and beauty into your crochet projects with this Day Lily Garden Flower Granny Square.

Granny squares are a crocheter's best friend, and for good reason. They're endlessly versatile—perfect for blankets, pillows, bags, or even wearables like shawls and cardigans. This day lily design is an ideal way to transform leftover worsted weight yarn into something beautiful and functional. Mix and match your colors to create a garden of unique squares, each one a little different depending on what yarns you have on hand.
